19th January - Year 6 Assembly
As always, Year 6 had the honour of hosting the first assembly of the term. This time the children showed everyone some of the photos taken on our trip to Tolmeitha, back in November, and told us all about their experiences there. As well as that, they have been learning about the features of plays and have been attempting to write their own. This week they performed two plays: one called 'The Medusa', written by Elin and Hager, and the second one was the traditional tale of 'The Gingerbread Man' as told by Moniat and Khadega. The performers were great and everyone enjoyed themselves.
